Eggless Choco delite

Ingredients to make Eggless Choco delite

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200gms condensed milk
  • 100gms maida
  • 1/2 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn soda
  • 2tspn cocoa powder
  • 100 ml drinking plain soda
  • 1tspn vanilla essence

How to make Eggless Choco delite

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
  2. Sift maida+ baking powder+ baking soda+ cocoa powder and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat butter and condensed milk for 3-4 mins ,till light and fluffy.
  4. Add drinking soda to the butter batter and beat again for a minute.
  5. Add all the dry ingredients and beat for 5-6 mins.
  6. Pour this mixture in a lined tin and bake at 180° for 35-40 mins
  7. After baking, let the cake be for 5-10 mins. Unmould the cake and let it cool.
  8. You can refrigerator the cake for 3-4 hours if u want the cake to be a little hard.
  9. For decoration- cut the cake into 1/2. Apply chocolate ganache on the first piece and place the second piece over it. Apply chocolate ganache again on the top and you can sprinkle chocolate chips all over or only at the ends.
  10. Freeze for an hour and chocolate ki duniyaa mein kho jaao.
My Tip: Let the cake cool down well before slicing it into half.
