Ingredients to make Eggless Cakey Brownies
- 130 grams all purpose flour/plain flour/maida
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 30 grams thick curd/yoghurt
- 180 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 1-2 teaspoon(s) milk
- a few drops of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 80 grams butter(Salted and softened at room temperature)
- 150 grams milk/dark chocolate
How to make Eggless Cakey Brownies
My Tip:
You can use buttermilk instead of milk and lemon juice mixture. I personally don't like dark chocolate so I used milk chocolate instead. You can even use mixture of both of them!
