Ingredients to make Pineapple seera

  • 3 fresh pineapples grated
  • 2 tins milkmaid
  • 2 to 3 elaichi
  • 1 tbsp khus khus
  • Broken cashews as required
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 200 gms khoya

How to make Pineapple seera

  1. In a heavy bottom pan, melt ghee add elaichi and saute.
  2. Put the grated pineapple and go on stiring till the water of the pineapple dries.
  3. Add khus khus and cashew and saute for a minute.
  4. Put milkmaid and go on stiring till the water evaporated maybe u will see the milkmaid curdle a bit but its ok ..this is the way it should be.
  5. Then put khoya and keep stiring till the entire water is dried and ghee starts leaving the pan.
  6. Garnish with dryfruits.
  7. It tastes awesome if served hot with vanilla icecream.

My Tip:

The more you stir the more tastier it will be.
