Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats-1cup +1/4 cups
  2. Potatoes-2 boiled and mashed
  3. Grated cauliflower-ĵ cup
  4. Chopped beans--ĵ cup
  5. Grated carrot--ĵ cup
  6. Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
  7. Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  8. Chopped coriander-1tbsp
  9. Lemon juice-1 tsp
  10. Egg white-2
  11. Bread crumbs- 1 cup
  12. Salt- as per taste
  13. Oil-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients including the boiled potato, carrot, beans, cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves,garam masala , and lemon juice with oats.
  2. Mash them together and prepare a mixture for cutlets.Shape them in to cutlet.
  3. Dip each cutlet in egg white then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and shallow fry these cutlets on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
