Vegetable Oats Cutlet

Ingredients to make Vegetable Oats Cutlet

  • Oats-1cup +1/4 cups
  • potatoes-2 boiled and mashed
  • Grated cauliflower-ĵ cup
  • Chopped beans--ĵ cup
  • Grated carrot--ĵ cup
  • red chilli powder- ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander-1tbsp
  • lemon juice-1 tsp
  • egg white-2
  • Bread crumbs- 1 cup
  • salt- as per taste
  • oil-2 tbsp

How to make Vegetable Oats Cutlet

  1. Mix all the ingredients including the boiled potato, carrot, beans, cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves,garam masala , and lemon juice with oats.
  2. Mash them together and prepare a mixture for cutlets.Shape them in to cutlet.
  3. Dip each cutlet in egg white then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and shallow fry these cutlets on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
