Ingredients to make Moist Nutella cupcakes

  • Flour-100gms
  • Cocoa powder-25gms
  • Baking powder-1/2tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/2tsp
  • Butter-60gms
  • Milkmaid- 200gms
  • Coke-100ml
  • Nutella-1/2 jar or 200gms
  • Whipped cream-1 cup

How to make Moist Nutella cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180^c, line the muffin tray with cupcake liners and keep aside. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder together. In a bowl beat the butter a little and then add milkmaid and mix well,
  2. Gradually fold in the flour and simultaneously add coke to make a nice batter.
  3. Fill a tbsp of batter in each cupcake liner and add a spoon of Nutella on it and cover it with another spoon of batter.
  4. Bake the cupcakes for 15-20min over 180^c
  5. Once the cupcakes are baked remove them from the oven and cool them for 40-45 min.
  6. For the frosting beat together whipped cream and nutella and fill it in a piping bag with desired nozel and pipe the cupcakes.
  7. Decorate them with fondant decoration.

My Tip:

You can soak the cupcakes with little sugar syrup before piping them for soft cupcakes.
