ABOUT Moist Nutella cupcakes RECIPE

Delicious Nutella with moist chocolate cupcakes, simply sinful!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Flour-100gms
  2. Cocoa powder-25gms
  3. Baking powder-1/2tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1/2tsp
  5. Butter-60gms
  6. Milkmaid- 200gms
  7. Coke-100ml
  8. Nutella-1/2 jar or 200gms
  9. Whipped cream-1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180^c, line the muffin tray with cupcake liners and keep aside. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder together. In a bowl beat the butter a little and then add milkmaid and mix well,
  2. Gradually fold in the flour and simultaneously add coke to make a nice batter.
  3. Fill a tbsp of batter in each cupcake liner and add a spoon of Nutella on it and cover it with another spoon of batter.
  4. Bake the cupcakes for 15-20min over 180^c
  5. Once the cupcakes are baked remove them from the oven and cool them for 40-45 min.
  6. For the frosting beat together whipped cream and nutella and fill it in a piping bag with desired nozel and pipe the cupcakes.
  7. Decorate them with fondant decoration.
