Mango icecream is so delectable,tempting and yummy can be done with ease using just 4 ingredients.

No Cook Mango Icecream

Ingredients to make No Cook Mango Icecream

  • Two fresh mangoes- Medium sized
  • Fresh cream-Half cup
  • Condensed milk-4 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar-5-6 tbsp

How to make No Cook Mango Icecream

  1. Cut mangoes into small pieces after removing peel. Grind cut mango pieces and sugar to get a paste.
  2. Add condensed milk and fresh cream to the mango paste and whisk well for 2-3 minutes with the help of electric beater.
  3. Keep it in freezer for atleast one hour and take out ,whisk again for 2-3 minutes. Now place in the freezer for another 2 hours.
  4. Delicious and yummy icecream is ready.

My Tip:

Use alphonso mangoes if possible.
