Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Mango Puree
  5. 1 tesp baking powder
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. Pinch salt
  8. 1/4 cup Milk
  9. 1 tesp vanilla
  10. Mango juice 1/4 cup
  11. Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8" round cake tin,line it with parchment paper.Pre heat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  2. With a hand beater whip sugar and butter creamy
  3. Add eggs beat till combined
  4. Fold in the seived all purpose flour,baking powder ,salt ,vanilla and mango puree
  5. Add milk beat to combine all
  6. Transfer to the cake tin.Bake at 170℃ for 30 to 35 minutes or skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
  7. Remove cool the cake, demould it,and place on wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Wrap it with a cling wrap and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
  9. Whip cream to stiff peak. Remove cake slice it into two
  10. Put some whipped cream on the board and place one half of the cake.Drizzle mango juice generously ,and apply a layer of whipped cream.
  11. Place the second half of the cake, drizzle mango juice,frost the entire cake and decorate it to your taste .
