Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 onion cut in thin rings
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1/2 tsp redchillied
  4. 1/2tsp amchur pwd
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera pwd
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Some water
  9. Mint leaves 1 small bunch
  10. 4 green chillies
  11. 1small ball tamarind
  12. 1/4 tsp sugar
  13. 1/2 bunch coriander
  14. 1 small piece ginger
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil for frying
  17. 1tbsp cooking oil
  18. 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take gram flour and add red chillies ,gram marsala, amchur pwd ,baking soda, 2tbsp oil& salt
  2. Mix all the ing well add water & make batter .
  3. Let the batter rest for sometimes
  4. In the onion rings add some salt & mix
  5. In a kadai heat oil for frying
  6. Dip onion rings 1 by 1 in the gram flour & deep fry on medium heat .
  7. Onces done remove the onion rings & serve hot with mint chutney
  8. For mint chutney
  9. Clean mint & coriander leaves wash it well
  10. In a blender jar add mint coriander leaves ,green chillies ,tamarind ,ginger sugar & salt blend it well .
  11. Serve the chutney with onion rings.
