Ingredients: 250 grams powdered sugar; 250 grams of butter; 250 grams of maida; 4 eggs approximately weighing 250 grams along with the shell; 1 table spoon of baking powder

250 grams powdered sugar
250 grams of butter
250 grams of maida
4 eggs approximately weighing 250 grams along with the shell
1 table spoon of baking powder

Instructions

Break the eggs into a bowl
Add powdered sugar and beat until mixed
Add butter and baking powder and bit it
Add maida to the mixture slowley and beat until a smooth batter is obtained
Heat sand or salt in a pressure cooker or cake making utensil 10 mins prior to cooking
Greese the bowl with butter or ghee
Pour the prepared batter and tap the bowl twice to set the batter
Cook for about 30 mins in low flame
The cake is ready if no batter sticks to the knife if placed into it
Greese a plate with butter or ghee
Turn over cake bowl into plate
