No bake cheese cake
- 1n1/2 britania cream cheese
- 250ml whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet nutrichoice digestive biscuits
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2tsp lime juice
- In a mixer grinder, grind the biscuit, add melted butter and mix well.
- Now press the biscuit crumbs into 8" springform pan and refrigerate for 30-40mins or until firm.
- In a bowl beat the cream cheese until soft, add lime juice and mix well.
- In another bowl whip the cream, add powdered sugar and whip until stiff peak form.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to whipped cream and mix well using a flexible spatula.
- Pour the entire mixture into the sprinform pan and chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.
