Ingredients to make Palak patta chaat

  • Whole spinach leaves. 10
  • Oats 1 1/2 cup
  • semolina 3 tbs
  • all purpose flour 3tbsp
  • salt
  • ginger- garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • tamarind chutney

How to make Palak patta chaat

  1. Roll the oats. Make a batter of oats, semolina, flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste. Dip spinach leaves in this batter then fry. You may after dipping in chutney or make chaat by mixing curd chutney, sev etc.
