Ingredients to make Cheese beetroot bombs

  • 2-3 medium beetroot, boiled and grated
  • All spices like chilly powder, sendha namak
  • 1/2cup mozarella cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin powder
  • Green chilly ginger paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Rajgiri flour paste for dipping (2-3 tbsp add water)
  • Samo seeds for coating
  • Oil for frying

How to make Cheese beetroot bombs

  1. Assemble all ingredients..Mix well and make balls out of it.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese in each balls and seal it.. If mixture is sticky add some fasting flour rajgiri 1-2 tbsp in to it.
  3. Dip it into rajgiri flour paste.
  4. Coat with samo seeds.
  5. Heat oil in a pan fry balls till golden brown in color.
  6. Keep out it in kitchen towel.Serve hot with fasting coriander mint chutney.

My Tip:

You can make these bombs without fasting- flour can use corn starch and for coating can use bread crumbs..
