Ingredients to make Choco lava cake

  • For chocolate filling-
  • 100gms cooking chocolate
  • 30ml. Milk
  • For the cake-
  • 2.5tbsp maida
  • 2tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tspn cocoa
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch Of Baking Soda
  • 2.5 tbsp water
  • 1 tspn oil
  • 1/2 tspn vinegar
  • 1/4 tspn vanilla extract

How to make Choco lava cake

  1. For the filling-
  2. Chop chocolate and melt in double boiler or microwave.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add milk and mix properly.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Scoop with help of spoon and make small balls the size of tennis ball.
  7. Refrigerate, will keep in freezer for 6 months or so.
  8. For the cake-
  9. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  10. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients.
  11. Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients
  12. Pour half the mixture in a mug.put the chocolate ball (straight from the freezer), cover with remaining cake mixture.
  13. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
  14. Cool for a minute and eat immediately.
