Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked poha – 2 cups
  2. Mashed potatoes – 1 1/2 cups
  3. Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder and chilli powder – 2 tsp each
  5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
  8. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  9. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  10. Corn flour – for coating
  11. Oil – for frying
  12. For coconut melon drink
  13. Watermelon juice – 1 cup
  14. Fresh coconut water – 1/2 cup
  15. Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
  16. Crushed ice – 2 – 3 cubes.
  17. For serving
  18. Green chutney and ketchup

Instructions

  1. For coconut melon drink Gather all the ingredients and blend them together in a blender. Top it up with crushed ice and serve chilled
  2. For cutlets In a bowl mix mashed potatoes and soaked poha well. Add finely chopped onion, chilli ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, finely chopped coriander and mix well. Make medium sized balls of the prepared mixture, coat with cornflour and fry golden brown. Serve hot in a plate with green chutney, ketchup and coconut melon drink
