  1. Parshe fish...4piece
  2. Poppy seeds...4tspn
  3. Mustard seeds...4tspn
  4. Green chilli...10
  5. Coriander leaves...5tspn
  6. Mustard oil as needed
  7. Panch foron seeds...1tspn

Instructions

  1. SOAK MUSTARD SEEDS, POPPY SEEDS & GREEN CHILLI IN WATER FOR 15 MINS
  2. ADD RAW MUSTARD OIL & MAKE A PASTE OF IT.
  3. MARINATE FISH WITH SALT & TURMERIC POWDER.
  4. HEAT OIL & SHALLOW FRY THE FISH.
  5. ADD PANCH FORON SEEDS IN THE SAME OIL & LET IT CRACKLE.
  6. ADD MUSTARD PASTE
  7. ADD SALT, TURMERIC POWDER & WATER
  8. WHEN IT WILL START TO LEAVE BUBBLE, ADD FRIED FISH.COVER IT & COOK IT FOR 10 MINS.
  9. ADD GREEN CHILLI
  10. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES & SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
