ABOUT CHINESE SAMOSA RECIPE

Samosas are the perfect snack for monsoon and when these are stuffed with nuddles then this fusion is mouthwatering

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. samosa dough : 250 gm maida,
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 50 gm oil
  4. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  5. smosa stuffing : 100 gm noodles
  6. 1 cup cabbage, carrots, capsicums and onions
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1/2 t sp chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp tomato souce
  10. 3/4 tsp soya sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  12. 1/4 t sp red chilli flax
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil for frying samosa

Instructions

  1. For cover of samosa : Mix together flour ajwain salt and oil .
  2. Rab the flour well in between the palm .
  3. Add water little by little and knead the tight dough .
  4. keep aside for 15 minutes covered with damp cloth .
  5. For stuffing : Boil noodles and refresh with cold water .
  6. Cut vegetables into juliennes .
  7. Heat oil add vegetables and saute add chilli sauce ,soya sauce ,vinegar salt and red chilli flax .
  8. Add noodles and toss gently .
  9. Allow to cool . Stuffing is ready .
  10. Samosa filling : knead the dough again, Divide and roll into 9 equal sized balls.
  11. Place the rolled dough and spread to a slightly ovel in shape .
  12. Cut into the two parts .
  13. Take one part and make cone and gently stick the edge from inside the cone with applying water .
  14. Fill the cone with stuffing .
  15. Apply water on the edge and seal the edge and secure the samosa.
  16. Deep fry the samosa in hot oil.
  17. Fry on medium flame stirring occasionally till samosa turns golden brown.
  18. Serve hot with khatti mithi chutney ,green chutney or tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce .
