Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3rd cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups cold coffee or water
  • 1 cup neutral oil
  • 1/4 cup white or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. • This makes 2* 9inch cake or 3 *8 inch cakes.
  2. • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your pans by greasing and putting in Parchment paper.
  3. • Shift the dry ingredients in one bowl.
  4. • Mix the wet ingredient in another bowl
  5. • Pour the wet ingredient in to the dry and mix until well combined.
  6. • Pour in the prepared pans.
  7. • Bake it for 30 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in the cake come out
  8. • Take it out of the oven, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, remove it from the pan and cool it completely before putting the frosting.
  9. • The layers are filled with raspberry jam and simple whipped cream. Decorated with fresh fruits.

My Tip:

Here I have used the Base cake and made it to a Celebration cake by just adding Fresh Berries and Whipping Cream.
