Ingredients to make Biscuit cake

  • 4 table spoons sugar
  • Parle G buscuits 30 in number
  • Milk1/2cup
  • Eno sachet 2
  • Choco chips
  • Cherry katli as required

How to make Biscuit cake

  1. Step one is crush or blend biscuits with sugar.
  2. Pour mixture in a bowl.
  3. Add milk in mixture and beat it well.if the batter become hard mix milk and make smooth batter like cake.
  4. Add eno sachets in it and again beat it well until it become smooth.
  5. Add choco chips and cherries katli in mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture in greased mould.
  7. Put the mould in microwave in high for 10 minutes.
