  1. Jeera 1 tsp
  2. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  3. Black pepper 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli 2
  5. Cooking oil 6 tsp
  6. Garlic cloves 8-10
  7. Cashews 5
  8. Badam 5
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Onion 1+1 (2) cup
  11. Ginger 1"
  12. Methi seeds 1/4 tsp
  13. Sour tomato jam 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. Potato 2
  16. Baby corn 3
  17. Water 2 cup
  18. Carrot 2
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Green peas 1/4 cup
  21. Milk malai 1 cup
  22. Spring onion chopped 2 cup
  23. Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  24. Butter 3 tsp
  25. Paneer cubes 8-10

Instructions

  1. DRY FRY JEERA, BLACK PEPPER, CORIANDER SEEDS
  2. ADD RED CHILLI, FRY IN LOW FLAME TILL GOOD AROMA, KEEP ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TSP COOKING OIL, FRY GARLIC CLOVES TILL TENDER
  4. CHOPPED GINGER 1 INCH, ONION 1 CUP, FRY TILL TENDER
  5. ADD CASHEWS, BADAM AND TURMERIC POWDER
  6. METHI SEEDS 1/4 TSP
  7. ADD SOUR TOMATO JAM OR CHOPPED TOMATO 1-2
  8. ADD CHILLI POWDER, TAKE OFF FLAME
  9. WASHED, PEELED AND CHOPPED POTATO 2 BIG SIZED
  10. WATER 2 CUP, CHOPPED BABY CORN 3
  11. CARROT BIG SIZED 2
  12. ADD SOAKED GREEN PEAS, SALT TO TASTE, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 WHISTLES
  13. ALLOW IT TO WHISTLE AND COOL
  14. ADD FRIED INGREDIENTS IN MIXIE JAR
  15. COMBINE DRY FRY INGREDIENTS, SOME WATER
  16. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  17. ADD MILK MALAI
  18. CONTINUE GRINDING FOR FEW SECONDS
  19. HEAT COOKING OIL 4-5 TSP, FRY 1 CUP ONION
  20. FRY TILL TENDER
  21. SPRING ONION
  22. ADD GROUND PASTE
  23. SUFFICIENT WATER
  24. GARAM MASALA POWDER 2 TSP
  25. ADJUST SALT
  26. BRING IT TO BOIL FINELY
  27. ADD COOKED VEGGIES
  28. MIX AND ALLOW IT TO BOIL
  29. ADD PANEER CUBES 8-10, ALLOW IT TO BOIL 5 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  30. ADD BUTTER, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE
