Eggless tutti frutti cookies

Ingredients to make Eggless tutti frutti cookies

  • maida 1cup
  • Unsalted butter 5 tabs
  • Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder1tsp
  • Milk for making dough
  • Tutti frutti 1/3 cup

How to make Eggless tutti frutti cookies

  1. In a bowl mix butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Add cardamom powder, tutti frutti. Mix all
  3. Then add maida and milk . Make a smooth dough.
  4. Wrap it with butter paper like a log and freeze it 30 minutes.
  5. After freezing take out and cut slices with a sharp knife.
  6. Preheat the oven at 170° then bake the cookies for 10 minutes or till the edges become slightly golden in colour.
  7. After ready let it completely cool down.

My Tip:

make sure to switch off when the edges starts golden brown. it will be soft when taken out ,will become crispy on cooling down.
