  1. Daliya 1 cup
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Onion 1
  5. Oil 2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chilli 2
  10. Coriander leaves a handfull

Instructions

  1. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS ROASTED DALIYA,CHOPPED ONIONS,CARROT CAPSICUM AND GREEN CHILLI
  2. IN A COOKER HEAT LITTLE OIL SAUTE ONIONS FOR FEW MINUTES
  3. ADD OTHER CHOPPED VEGES AND SAUTE IT
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT
  5. ADD ROASTED DALIYA IN IT AND SAUTE IT FOR FEW MINUTES
  6. NOW ADD DOUBLE AMOUNT OF WATER 1 CUP DALIYA =2 CUP WATER
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES IN IT AND CLOSE THE COOKER, TAKE ABOUT 2 WHISTLES .
