This is my all time favourite..learnt this from my mentor my give it a try..easy peasy kulfi which would be yummylicious ever..

Ingredients to make Kesariya kulfi

  • Milk full cream 1 litre
  • sugar to taste
  • raisins handful
  • Crushed cardamom 2-3
  • Chopped pistachios handful
  • Chopped almonds handful
  • kesar strands few
  • 1tsp cornflour
  • gulab jal 1/4tsp

How to make Kesariya kulfi

  1. Boil 1 litre full fat milk in a pan..let it boil and when it reduces to half add sugar according to taste and stir continuously, take 1tbsp cold milk in it add 1tsp cornflour and mix nicely .add this mixture to the boiled milk and stir and switch off the let the mixture cool and churn it in mixer twice or thrice.
  2. Add chopped almond, pistachios, raisins,Saffron soaked in rose water and crushed cardamom..pour the mixture in kulfi moulds..refrigerate it..serve after 5-6 hrs when set..enjoy tadda

My Tip:

Add a small pinch of salt..after would taste heavenly.
