Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mangalore cucumber 1/4 kg
  2. Whole wheat 1 cup
  3. Byadagi chilli 2
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Buttermilk 1/2 cup
  9. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. MANGALORE CUCUMBER CHOPPED
  2. CORIANDER SEEDS, JEERA, BYADAGI CHILLI, TURMERIC POWDER
  3. SALT, 4 HOURS SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT
  4. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. IN BETWEEN ADD 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK, CONTINUE GRINDING
  6. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  7. GREASE COOKING OIL TO AN IRON TAVA
  8. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, SPREAD EVENLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 3 MINUTES
  9. OPEN THE LID, SPREAD SOME OIL ON TOP
  10. FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  11. FOLD, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
