Gavan instant dosa

Ingredients to make Gavan instant dosa

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • water 3 Cups
  • Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • coriander chopped 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped chilies 1 tbs
  • Finely chopped ginger 1tbs
  • curd 3 tbs
  • oil
  • salt per taste
  • Chutney & ketchup to serve

How to make Gavan instant dosa

  1. Mix rice flour, water, curd, chilies, onion, coriander & salt well.
  2. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat dosa pan on gas apply oil.
  4. Pour the above batter with a paddle. It will spread automatically.
  5. Apply oil, turn it & cook. Serve with Chutney & ketchup.

My Tip:

Chop vegetables finely.
