Eggless Mozarella Garlic Pull apart Bread roll

Ingredients to make Eggless Mozarella Garlic Pull apart Bread roll

  • 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp dried fast action yeast
  • 2 tbsp milk for brushing
  • 3/4 th cup mozarella cheese
  • 7-8 pods of garlic
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to make Eggless Mozarella Garlic Pull apart Bread roll

  1. Mix all ingredients and make the dough with warm milk. Keep 2 tsp milk for brushing later.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  3. Keep the dough covered with cloth for 2 hours till it doubles.
  4. Now knead the dough again for 2 mins, then roll it into a big round circular shape. Spread the crushed garlic and grated mozarella, green coriander leaves on it. Now roll back, cut into seven pieces and arrange in a greased baking mould. Keep it covered for 15 mins.
  5. Bake these in a preheated oven for 30 mins at 220 degrees celsius. Brush the remaining milk twice in between.
  6. Brush with butter.
  7. Remove and let it cool and serve.
My Tip: These bread pullaparts can be served with soups or with the main course as a side dish.
