Rice Corn Cheese Balls (Egg less)

Ingredients to make Rice Corn Cheese Balls (Egg less)

  • 2 bowls rice cooked
  • 5 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon cornflour
  • salt to taste
  • 200 gms cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 capsicum medium size chopped
  • 2 teaspoon chilli paste or chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoon oregeno powder
  • 250 gms corn half crushed
  • salt to taste

How to make Rice Corn Cheese Balls (Egg less)

  1. In a bowl mix cooked rice, boiled and mashed potatoes,corn flour and salt.Mix well and make a soft dough.
  2. For Stuffing:In another bowl mix cheese grated,capsicum chopped,half crushed corn,salt,oregano, chilli flakes or chilli paste.Mix well.
  3. Now make small balls from the rice and potato and fill the stuffing mixture in each ball.
  4. Make balls same way from the remaining dough and stuffing.
  5. Roll the balls in corn flour.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium flame
  7. Serve the cheese with green chutney and tomato sauce
