Ingredients to make Fruity fun

  • For mango rice:-
  • Rice/Brown rice 1 small cup
  • 2 raw mango
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Coriander fresh
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Ghee
  • Red chilly
  • Green chilly to taste
  • Garlic chopped 2 to 3
  • Curry leaves
  • Jeera
  • Rai
  • For banana chips :-
  • 3 to 4 raw bananas
  • Garlic 3 to 4 cloves minced
  • Black pepper
  • Red chilly flakes
  • Jeera powder
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste

How to make Fruity fun

  1. Mango rice:-
  2. Boil rice and keep aside to bring in room temperature. Once in room temperature add ghee and a pinch of turmeric and mix well. Now tak a wok heat oil. Add jeera, rai ,curry leaves ,red chilly and chopped green chillies. When it starts spluttering add garlic and wait till it turns light brown. Then add chopped onions saute till onion turned dark pink in color. Once color changes add turmeric and salt to taste mix and start adding rice mix a bit and finally add grated raw mango and chopped coriander. Your mango rice is ready :)
  3. For banana chips mix all ingredients .slice banana and add mixed ingredients to it. Add salt and turmeric at last and keep it for some time. Deep fry and serve with mango rice :)
