About Triple Cheese Frozen Treat Recipe

This one is super easy no cook, no fuss recipe. Just whisk the ingredients together and freeze. A rich creamy frozen treat for beating the hot summer.

Ingredients to make Triple Cheese Frozen Treat

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup Hung curd/curd cheese
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

How to make Triple Cheese Frozen Treat

  1. Blend all the ingredients together using a hand mixer or a balloon whisk.
  2. Pour into an ice cream tray. Close and seal with aluminium foil [this prevents the formation of ice crystals].
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours and dig in.

My Tip:

Though you can use vanilla essence, the pure extract brings in a lot more flavour. You can use sugar in place of condensed milk but this might make the ice cream less creamy. For the hung curds- Pour about 1/2 lt of curd into a sieve lined with a muslin cloth. Squeeze out the water and tie the ends of the cloth together. Allow it hang over the kitchen sink for a couple of hours and you have your lovely curd cheese ready. Do make sure you use fresh curd that is not sour.
