Fried dumplings of vegetables with suji.

Veg Suji Pakore

Ingredients to make Veg Suji Pakore

  • Suji(rawa)-1 cup
  • 2- onions
  • 2- small capsicums
  • 1/2-cabbage small
  • Chopped babycorn or sweet corn kernels (optional)
  • 1/2-cup curd
  • 1-tsp jeera
  • 3- green chillies
  • hing(pinch)
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/2- cup water(approx)
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1- tsp chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2-tsp r.chilly powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Veg Suji Pakore

  1. Chop cabbage, capsicum, onions, chillies, mint and coriander.
  2. In a big bowl add all veggies, suji, curd, dry masala and mix well and little water and make a dough of medium consistency.
  3. Make small dumplings and deep fry till golden-brown.
  4. Remove on tissue paper to drain the excess oil.
  5. Serve hot. Yummy Suji pakode are ready.
