Mango Idli

Ingredients to make Mango Idli

  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • mango pure 1/2cup
  • Powder sugar 1/4 cup or as per tast
  • Eno fruit salt 1/2 tsp
  • Some pieces of mango for decoration
  • Some drops of mango emulsion
  • Silicon cup cake moulds for baking

How to make Mango Idli

  1. Mix suji and mango puree well and keep aside for few minutes.
  2. Mix eno fruit salt and mix.
  3. Pour this batter in silicon moulds 3/4 cup.
  4. Pour some mango pieces over each cup for decoration.
  5. Place moulds on turn table of your microwave.
  6. Micro idlis for 3 minutes on high power.
  7. Check by inserting a toothpick if it comes out clean idlis are done or give another 30 seconds.
  8. Serve hot or cold as per choice it is delicious 100% . :relaxed:

My Tip:

only extra 30 seconds are enough and batter should not be loose.
