Traditional bengali meal is incomplete without "bhaja" with daal means any thing fried with daal . So many different types of veg or nonveg bhaja or fried menus are there in bengali cuisine. This is a tasty and easy to prepare dish and one of my favourite also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rohu fish egg 100 g
  2. Besan or gram flour 2 table spoon
  3. Chopped onion 1 small size
  4. Chopped green cilli 2
  5. Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Termaric powder and salt as required
  8. Mustard oil for frying

Instructions

  1. CLEAN FISH EGG AND MIX TERMARIC POWDER AND SALT
  2. TAKE GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  3. CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CILLI
  4. MIX CHOPPED ONION
  5. GREEN CILLI AND MIX
  6. ADD besan OR GRAM FLOUR
  7. MIX WELL
  8. TAKE SMALL SMALL PORTIONS AND DEEP FRY IN HOT MUSTARD OIL
  9. LIKE PAKORA
  10. DEEP FRY
