The simplest beans recipe ever! It takes under 20 minutes to put this dish to gather. Serve this as a salad along with grilled chicken or fish. Beans are high in fiber, goof for the heart and also good for digestion.

1. Wash and drain the French beans, then trim the beans and cut diagonally into thin strands.(I kept it full length). Boil 3 cups of water and add sugar to the water.Add the beans and blanch for 5-6 minutes until beans are tender, strain the colander immediately wash under running water. Then immerse in a pan of ice cold water, this will ensure that the beans will not loose it’s green color.
2. Heat a pan for 30 seconds, add sesame seeds ans dry roast on low flame stirring constantly till evenly light brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat oil and add garlic in pan over medium heat until fragrant.
4. Add beans to pan, saute to mix with garlic. Add sesame seeds and toss for 20 seconds. Remove from heat into a serving dish.
5. For the garnish – heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add skinned peanuts and fry on low heat till golden brown stirring constantly. Remove and keep aside.
6. Add the fried peanuts over the beans and serve immediately.Serve this as a salad along with grilled chicken or fish.
