A dessert that is related to it's origin and is quintessentially Hyderabadi Deccan. As every single hydis house, my maternal home also made this often on almost every small occasion. The only difference being that condensed milk and fresh cream were used along with milk. This is how it is made in our family. Crisp and aromatic vermicelli with loaded nuts is what it is all about in short and this version is not drenched fully in milk and hence is more crisp and firm. The texture of the vermicelli is crunchy and will surely leave you spellbound with it's awesome flavour. As per our home tradition, it is the most sought after and loved desserts of all and ranks high among others. This is my tribute to my everloving city- Hyderabad Deccan.
