Kale chana ke kebab

Ingredients to make Kale chana ke kebab

  • 2 cups boiled black chana
  • 50 gm paneer
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chat masala
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Kale chana ke kebab

  1. Take boiled kala chanaand add onion ginger.Blend it in a mixer.
  2. Add mashed paneer bread crumbs and mix properly.
  3. Add all the spices and mix well.
  4. Make kebab of it and shallow fry till golden brown from both sides.
  5. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Make kebab so that there is no cracks.
