Pea Poha

Ingredients to make Pea Poha

  • 2 cup poha
  • a sprig of curry leaves
  • oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup boiled peas

How to make Pea Poha

  1. Soak poha in water for 10 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, coriander, fennel seeds, turmeric and curry leaves .
  3. Cook for 3-4 mins. Stir continuously.
  4. Add salt followed by peas. And cook for few more minutes.
  5. Add poha and mix well. Sprinkle some water and cook for a minute.
  6. Remove the pan from heat. Sprinkle the lime juice and serve.

My Tip:

Add vegetables if you like.
