Ingredients to make Egg less semolina cake topped with curd and chikki

  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • Fine semolina 1/2 cup
  • powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Refined Oil 1/2 Cup
  • Hung curd 1cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/6 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • For topping -----hung curd 2 cup.
  • Powder sugar 2 tsp
  • Crushed chikki 2 tbsp

How to make Egg less semolina cake topped with curd and chikki

  1. Preheat the oven on 180% Sieve the dry ingredients, semolina, refined flour, sugar. baking soda, turmeric and baking powder.
  2. Now mix curd, essence and oil together.
  3. Mix all ingredients , grease a baking dish or a steal bowl, pour the mixture and bake it for 25 minutes on 180%.
  4. Mix the topping ingredients, curd, sugar and chikki. Place the topping on the cake.

My Tip:

you can also add some chopped nuts in topping ingredients instead of chikki.
