  3. Now in the potato add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala and coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Drain the excess water from the sabudana and mix with the potato mash. Make sure there is no water while adding the sabudana.
  5. In a pan add oil for deep frying,
  6. When the oil is hot add salt in the potato mash and mix
  7. Add little water in your palm and make flat tikki and fry in the pan. Keep the flame high to avoid sticking.
  8. When one side turns golden, flip the other side also till it turns golden. Remove it from the pan and place it in tissue so that excess oil gets soaked.
  9. Serve hot with amchoor chutney or ketchup or mint or coriander chutney.

My Tip:

If preparing for fast add rock salt in place of normal salt.
