Ingredients to make Broccoli Stuffed Paratha
- For the dough –
- Atta/ wheat flour 1 cup
- oil – 1 tblsp or little more
- salt to taste – I used approx. 1/2 teaspoon for the dough
- water as required
- For the Stuffing –
- Broccoli, grated 1 & 1/2 cups
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- ginger Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
- red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- salt as required – I added approx. 1 teaspoon
