Ingredients to make Dragon Fruit Pitaya Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 dragonfruit, sliced in half and soft flesh scooped out. The fruits come with white or pink skin. I used pink and it’s known as Pitaya.
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 slice of frozen pineapple
  • 2-4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • Milk, for blending

  1. Simply blend all the ingredients and enjoy!

My Tip:

Use at least one frozen fruit to make the best of the smoothies.
