  1. Gramflour 1 cup
  2. Green chilli 4-5
  3. Curry leaves a handful
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Musturd seeds 1 tsp
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Semolina 11/2 tbsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon 1
  11. Citric acid crystals 1/2 tsp
  12. Eno 1 packet

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CUP OF GRAMFLOUR ADD 11/2 TBSP SEMOLINA IN IT.
  2. NOW ADD CITRIC ACID CRYSTALS 1/2 TSP,AND ENO 1 SMALL PACKET .MIX IT.
  3. ADD WATER TO MAKE BHAJIYA LIKE PASTE ADD GREEN CHILLI SALT ASAFOETIDA,SUGAR IN IT.MIX NICELY WITH SPOON.THERE SHOULD BE NO LUMPS.
  4. GREASE IDLI MAKER BEFOREHAND AND TRANSFER THE BATTER IN IDLI MAKER WITH THE HELP OF A SPOON
  5. NOW THEY ARE ALL ARRANGED READY TO BE STEAMED
  6. CLOSE THE LID OF IDLI MAKER AND LET IT STEAM FOR 15 MINUTES
  7. FLUFFY IDLI READY FOR TEMPERING HEAT OIL CRACKLE MUSTURD SEEDS GREEN CHILLI CURRY LEAVES,RED CHILLI POWDER LEMON JUICE AND SUGAR
  8. TAKE OUT ALL THE DHOKLAS WITH THE HELP OF SPOON
  9. THE TEMPERING IS READY NOW
  10. POUR THE TEMPERING OVER THE DHOKLAS
