Samosa are all time favourite snack.for monsoon it is ideal.these are healthy ,tasty and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup parboiled brocalli
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cup paneer
  4. 1 tsp ginger
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp amchur powder
  10. 8 Samosa patti
  11. 2 tsp flour
  12. 2 tsp water
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mash and mix
  3. Add all spices
  4. Make slurry of flour and water
  5. Take samosa patty
  6. Take it's one corner and fold it making triangle
  7. Then again fold opposite
  8. We will get triangle pocket
  9. Fill this with filling
  10. Seal edges with slurry
  11. Prepare all like this
  12. Heat oil and fry all samosas
  13. Serve with green chutney and sauce
