Lachcha paratha is a popular in panjab. Generally lachcha paratha is made with maida.I have made it healthy using wheat flour.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 2 tsp oil
  3. 2 tsp butter
  4. 4 tsp ghee for frying
  5. 1cup aalu gobhi sabji for serving

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR ADD 2 TSP OIL AND KNEED A SOFT DOUGH WITH WATER.
  2. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT .
  3. SPREAD 1 TSP BUTTER AND SPRINKLE SOME DRY FLOUR.
  4. NOW CUT THIN STRIPS WITH THE HELP OF PIZZA CUTTER.
  5. ROLL ALL STRIPES GENTLY .
  6. AGAIN MAKE A SMALL DISC.
  7. NOW ROLL IT IN A SHAPE OF SMALL ROTI.
  8. SHALLOW FRY PARATHA IN GHEE ON BOTH SIDES.
  9. POUR SOME MORE GHEE AND PRESS TO OPEN ALL LACHCHE.
  10. FINALLY OUR LACHCHA PARATHA IS READY TO SERVE ,TO OPEN MORE LACHCHE ,PRESS IT JUST LIKE IN VIDEO.
  11. ENJOY LACHCHA PARATHA WITH ANY SABJI OR DAL. I SERVE HERE WITH AALU GOBHI KI SABJI.
