Cheese burst rajma croquettes

Ingredients to make Cheese burst rajma croquettes

  • potatoes boiled-3
  • rajma boiled-1/2 cup
  • Mozzerella cheese-1/4 cup
  • cornflour-2 tbsp
  • Oregano-1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Powder of roasted oats-1/2 cup
  • 3 tbsp maida
  • Water to make paste with maida
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheese burst rajma croquettes

  1. Mix both rajma and potatoes.
  2. To it add oregano, salt,pepper, red chilli.
  3. Then add cornflour mix well.
  4. Make a dough of it.
  5. Then take small portion of dough as ball.
  6. Flatten it, add cheese in the centre and make a round ball of it.
  7. Make all balls like this.
  8. Now make paste of maida and water.
  9. Roll each balls on maida. Then roll them on oats powder.
  10. Fry them till golden brown.
