Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gram flour half cup
  2. Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  3. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  4. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  5. Kashmiri red chilli powder half tablespoon
  6. Ginger & garlic paste half teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Groundnuts 1 cup
  9. white oil 2 teaspoon
  10. Water 2 tbsp
  11. Oil for deep frying
  12. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a large mixing bowl take gram flour ,rice flour and corn flour.
  2. Also add turmeric powder , red chilli powder , ginger garlic paste, baking soda and salt mix well.
  3. Further add skinned peanuts and oil .
  4. Mix well ,oil helps to coat peanuts with masala
  5. Further add water and mix well.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil or bake at 180° degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally and fry on low to medium flame .
  8. Sprinkles chaat masala and mix well, this help to enhance the flavour.
  9. Finally enjoy crunchy masala peanuts, are stored in an airtight container for a month.
