Ingredients to make Eggless sugarfree Mango Strawberry Pannacotta

  • Whipped cream 1 tetra pack (200ml)
  • Strawberries 1 packet
  • mangoes 3-4 nos
  • Some Strawberries and mango pieces for garnishing
  • Basil leaves for decoration

How to make Eggless sugarfree Mango Strawberry Pannacotta

  1. 1-Wash Strawberries and Mangoes.
  2. 2-Clean strawberries and chop them, blend with whipped cream in the blender till pureed.
  3. 3- Take it out of the blender and pour into tall glass and set it in tilted way in deep freezer for half an hour, it will set firmly.
  4. 4-Wash mangoes and peel them take out the pulp in the blend, blend with cream till finely pureed.
  5. 5-After half an hour strawberry crush is frozen now pour mango puree in rest of the half glass and keep in deep freezer for 3-4 hours to set.
  6. 6-At the time of serving add mango and strawberry pieces and garnish with Basil leaves.
  7. 7- Serve chilled you can demould it or scoop out in a glass by it self ,enjoy two flavoured panna cotta .

My Tip:

When one layer is set completely then you should add another layer of fruit pulp for freezing.
