- 1-Baking equipment used- one square rectangle baking dish can be made in round dish too
- 2-For Syrup -
- Butter 2 cups ( 400gms)
- . 1 1/2 cup( 375)
- Juice. 1Tblsp
- Rose . 1 Tsp
- 3-For Cake-
- Suji - 500 gms - 3 cups
- . -100gms -1/2 cup
- Baking powder. -3/4 th tsp
- 100gms or 1/3 cup of hot syrup( from d syrup made with above mentioned ingredients)
- Luke warm milk 1.5 Tblsp less than 1 cup ( 225)
- blanced 15- 20
- to greased pan
- . - 110 gms melted 1/2 cup

My Tip:Soak semolina step for 4-6 hours it will rise.
