Ingredients to make Eggless fruit and nuts sunshine cupcakes and bundt cup cakes

  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda. 1/4 tsp
  • Powdered sugar according to taste
  • Milkmaid. 1/2 tin
  • Warm milk. 2 tblsp
  • Butter 2 Tblsp
  • Vanilla essence- Fewdrops
  • Nuts ( cashew, raisins, walnut)
  • For Cream Frosting-
  • Butter. 250 gms
  • Powdered sugar. 3 cups
  • Milk. 2 tbsp
  • Mix butter and sugar well then slowly add milk and blend with blender till mix don' t overdo
  • Pour this cream in cone for icing or use ziplock for icing

How to make Eggless fruit and nuts sunshine cupcakes and bundt cup cakes

  1. 1-5- Sieve dry ingredients maida, baking pwdr, baking soda thrice to incorporate air.
  2. 2-Mix sugar and butter, add milkmaid and add warm milk according to pouring thick consistency add vanilla essence and blend with a blender.
  3. 3-Now add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and blend with blender nicely don' t over do.
  4. 4- Meanwhile preheat oven at 170 D celcius for 10 minutes.
  5. 5-Pour the batter into greased moulds or in silicon cups fill 1/3 so that it may rise and need space.
  6. 6- Garnish with nuts and tap on the kitchen slab so that air bubbles comes out.
  7. 7- Place these cupcake moulds in the preheated oven n bake at 170 D for 10-12 till done by checking with toothpick if not bake for 2-5 minutes more.
  8. 8-After baking take them out of the oven and let them cool down for 15 minutes after 15 minutes demould cupcakes and let it cool on cooling rack for 20 minutes
  9. 9-If u want icing then you can do this given butter cream icing method.
  10. 10- Add vibrant colours to butter cream enjoy icing and relish eggless nuts cakes with your family or friends.

My Tip:

Don' t over beat the batter and icing cream.
