ABOUT Rasgulla stuffed steamed Curd RECIPE

"Bhapa doi" or steamed curd is a very favourite dessert of Bengal.I made it with a twist...yes with rasgulla...another famous sweet of Bengal.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Hung curd...500gm
  2. Condensed milk...200gm
  3. Milk...2cup(for rasgulla)
  4. Sugar...3tspn
  5. Coco powder...2tspn
  6. Chopped cashew nuts & raisin...1/2cup
  7. Choppes cherry...2 to 3 tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil milk & add vinegar to make paneer
  2. Mash the apnder, add coco powder .
  3. Make small balls.
  4. Boil 2 cup of water with sugar.When it will start to leave bubble, add paneer balls & boil it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now tie the curd in a muslin cloth & hang it overnight to make hung curd.
  6. After that, take a mixing bowl & mix hung curd, condensed milk, cardamom powder & dry fruits.Mix it well.
  7. Pour the mixture in a micro safe bowl.Put the rasgullas & chopped cherry on the top of the mixture.Micro it in high for 10 minutes .Insert a toothpick to check it.It should come out clean.
  8. Make it cool, cut it into pieces & serve chilled.
