Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 100 g black urad dal
  2. 150 g ragi flour
  3. 75 g rice flour
  4. 100 ml watery curd
  5. Quarter cup water
  6. Enough salt

Instructions

  1. SOAK 100 GMS WHOLE URAD DAL FOR 2 HRS, DRAIN, ADD SALT, BLEND TO A SMOOTH PASTE IN A MIXER
  2. ADD 150 GMS RAGI FLOUR
  3. ADD 75 GMS RICE FLOUR, 1/4 CUP WATER, BLEND FOR A FEW SECONDS
  4. ADD 100 ML WATERY CURD, BLEND INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
  5. SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 4 HOURS
  6. POUR A LADLE FULL OF THE FERMENTED BATTER ON A HOT, GREASED TAVA, DRIZZLE 1 TBSP OIL
  7. FLIP & COOK FROM BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  8. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
