Ingredients to make Paneer Ki Kheer / Cottage Cheese Milk Pudding

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Cottage cheese. 1/2 cup crumbled( 50 gms)
  • Sugar. 6 tblsp
  • Cardamom powder 3-4 green crushed
  • Dry fruits almonds ,cashew ,pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Few saffron strands

How to make Paneer Ki Kheer / Cottage Cheese Milk Pudding

  1. 1-In a wok bring milk to boil for 15 minutes, stir in between till milk has reduced and thickened, simmer on low flame.
  2. 2-Add sugar to it stir it well.
  3. 3-Add cardamom powder.
  4. 4-Add saffron strands which are already soaked in warm milk.
  5. 5- Add chopped nuts.
  6. 6- Add crumbled paneer or grated paneer stir for 5 minutes more.
  7. 7- Rich creamy paneer / cottage cheese is ready.
  8. 8- Serve hot or chilled as you wish

My Tip:

Stir the milk occasionally on simmer flame don't forget it.
